Minimum qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in recruiting, human resources, business development, business operations, sales, or account management.
- 1 year of experience building relationships with stakeholders or clients.
Preferred qualifications:
- Ability to solve complex problems and deliver significant impact as a distinct contributor.
- Ability to manage customer relationship management systems.
- Excellent communication and people management skills, with the ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships.
- Excellent customer consultative skills with the ability to work in a large team environment.

Responsibilities
- Recruit and hire top go-to-market talent and achieve quarterly hiring goals.
- Provide an efficient and high-touch experience for every candidate from the application stage to offer, evaluating skill level, manbaging the interview process and offer process.
- Source active and passive candidates through employee referrals, networking, internal databases, contact lists, and research.
- Manage complex offer delivery to onboard candidates by partnering with management and other groups as necessary.
- Communicate effectively with the interview team to ensure preparedness. Share and exchange information with all levels of management.
Salary : $88,000 - $126,000
