Program Description The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, headquartered in Akron, Ohio, is looking for talented leaders to add to its global leadership depth and play a role in the current and future success of the organization. The co-op/intern program provides students with practical work experience in one of many diverse areas. The program allows students to gain a better understanding of the various job opportunities available throughout Goodyear. In addition to challenging, engaging and interesting work assignments, students have the opportunity to meet and interact with students from other universities at work and outside of work. Tours of Goodyear facilities are arranged to help students learn more about the business. Goodyear leaders interact with students to help them begin to think about significant business issues and career options. Requirements Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in either Engineering (Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or any other relevant degree ) OR Business (Supply Chain, International Business, Business Administration or any other relevant degree) Minimum 3.0 overall GPA required Incoming first year or higher Prior engineering co-op/internship experience strongly preferred in automotive Demonstrated leadership and strong communication skills   Highly motivated and eager to learn To Apply It is required that you go to campus.goodyear.com to be eligible for this position.
