Pay: $26.00–$32.00/hour Shift Differential
Job Type: Full-Time
Shift Options:
- 4-Day Work Week: 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- 5-Day Work Week: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM

What You'll Do
As a Fleet Service Manager, you'll lead daily operations while remaining hands-on in the shop. You'll manage technicians, coordinate workflow, ensure exceptional customer service, and perform automotive repairs when needed.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day Fleet Service Center operations
- Schedule technicians and service appointments
- Perform vehicle inspections, maintenance, and repairs
- Diagnose mechanical issues and recommend repairs
- Complete repair documentation accurately
- Promote a safe, productive work environment
- Ensure quality work is completed on time
- Deliver outstanding customer service
Qualifications
Required
- Minimum 1 year of Automotive Service Management experience
- Valid driver's license
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
- No relocation assistance available
Preferred
- Automotive service experience
- Automotive service sales experience
- ASE Certification
Physical Requirements
- Lift and move tires, wheels, and automotive parts
- Stand, bend, squat, and work in a fast-paced shop environment
- Perform manual tasks for extended periods
