What You’ll Do

• Install, repair, and maintain commercial garage doors to the highest safety and quality standards

• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, providing effective and lasting solutions

• Maintain accurate records with notes, diagrams, and photos for future service needs

• Follow OSHA safety rules and best practices at all times

• Build positive relationships with customers through professionalism and empathy

• Identify opportunities to upsell services or products that benefit the customer

• Collaborate with teammates to ensure on-time, high-quality project completion

What We’re Looking For

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

• Ability to lift 75 lbs, work at heights, and use hand/power tools

• Experience reading blueprints and tape measures

• Comfort operating lifts and working in industrial settings

• High school diploma (or equivalent) required

• Previous industrial construction experience a plus

📍 Location: Based out of our Mesa, AZ office, serving the surrounding metro area
