Starting Pay: $17–$25 per hour, plus incentive bonuses

🕒 Shifts Currently Available

Rotating weekends as needed

• Monday–Friday: 6:00 AM–2:00 PM
• Monday–Friday: 10:00 AM–6:00 PM
• Monday–Friday: 1:00 PM–9:00 PM

✅ What We’re Looking For

• One or more years of customer service experience preferred; home services or emergency services experience is a plus
• Previous dispatch experience in residential or emergency services is a plus
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus
• Familiarity with ServiceTitan is a bonus, but we will train the right person
• Strong communication and active-listening skills
• Ability to stay organized and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Calm, professional, and solutions-oriented approach
• Team-focused mindset with a desire to learn and grow
• High school diploma or equivalent required

💼 What You’ll Do

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the first impression of our company and the voice our customers rely on. You will:

• Answer inbound calls and assist customers with scheduling and service needs
• Deliver empathetic, professional, and solution-focused support
• Manage a high volume of calls confidently and efficiently
• Communicate with technicians and internal teams to support smooth service delivery
• Provide timely updates and help resolve customer concerns
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions
• Identify opportunities to recommend services that provide additional value
• Learn our services inside and out so you can become a trusted customer resource

💰 Compensation and Growth

• Base Pay: $17–$25 per hour, depending on experience
• Incentive Bonuses: Earn additional compensation based on performance
• Realistic Annual Earnings: $40,000–$70,000
