Position Details

Schedule: Full-time
Required: Fridays and Saturdays (8 hrs/day)
Additional weekday hours may be available based on business needs
Shift Range: Tuesday to Saturday
Location: Inside select Goody Goody Liquor locations

What You’ll Do

Create handcrafted coffee, tea, and energy drinks to exacting standards
Deliver genuine, friendly customer service and personalized drink recommendations
Maintain a clean, stocked, and welcoming café environment
Ring up purchases, handle cash/card transactions accurately, and thank every custome
Stay up to date on promotions and encourage sampling
Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
Be a team player—support coworkers, solve problems, and keep the good energy flowing

What We’re Looking For

Must be at least 21 years of age
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or food service is a plus
Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
Able to learn quickly, multitask, and stay organized under pressure
Self-motivated with a positive, team-oriented attitude
Flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Prompt and reliable attendance required

Physical Requirements

Stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours)
Lift up to 50 lbs and operate carts or dollies
Repetitive movements, occasional stair climbing, and fast-paced work conditions
