Key Responsibilities

• Assist with Accounts Receivable processing, including chargebacks and dispute resolution
• Support bi-monthly TABC reporting and compliance
• Assist with fleet management tracking and reporting
• Collaborate with inventory control and accounting teams for data accuracy
• Perform additional accounting duties as assigned
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• 2–3 years of experience including AP and AR
• Proficiency with Sage Intacct or similar cloud-based accounting systems preferred
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• High attention to detail with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in multi-location retail or inventory-driven environments is a plus
• Knowledge of beverage alcohol industry regulations (TABC) is a plus
