Overview
Looking for an outgoing personable candidate to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced barbecue restaurant. Will train the right person. No restaurant experience necessary. Must be outgoing and comfortable dealing with the public in an open kitchen situation.
Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of smoked meats using traditional and innovative techniques to achieve optimal flavor and tenderness
- Oversee food handling procedures to maintain strict food safety standards and sanitation practices
- Maintain cleanliness of smoking equipment, work stations, and storage areas to uphold hygiene standards
Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
