Duties
- Assist residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
- Monitor and record vital signs.
- Provide specialized care for residents with Alzheimer’s, dementia, memory impairments, or behavioral health needs.
- Support residents during meals, mobility exercises, and recreational activities to promote independence and well-being.
- Maintain infection control standards through aseptic techniques and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Valid certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Resident Assistant qualification preferred.
- Strong communication skills coupled with compassion and patience for caregiving roles.
- Ability to adhere to infection control protocols and maintain confidentiality under HIPAA guidelines.
