Responsibilities
- Safely transport food, beverages, and supplies between kitchen stations, dining areas, and storage areas using proper manual handling techniques.
- Assist with food running duties by delivering dishes promptly from the kitchen to guests’ tables, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met.
- Support the cleaning and bussing of tables to maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for guests.
- Handle food handling responsibilities in accordance with food safety regulations to prevent contamination and ensure quality standards.
- Support kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks when needed, such as assembling orders or replenishing supplies.
- Communicate effectively with team members and guests to provide excellent in-person customer service
