**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead and inspire the management team, overseeing scheduling, task delegation, and performance expectations. Conduct performance evaluations, provide coaching, and ensure accountability.
- Develop and implement financial plans, including weekly, monthly, and annual budgets, ensuring fiscal responsibility and alignment with company goals.
- Uphold consistent operational standards, focusing on productivity, quality, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and secure environment by implementing and enforcing sanitation standards and health protocols.
- Stay current on emerging industry trends to maintain professional knowledge and apply best practices in restaurant operations.
- Serve as a role model, holding team members accountable to company standards of operational excellence and quality.
- Foster open communication channels between the management team and staff to promote collaboration and transparency.
- Lead change initiatives and encourage team members to embrace new ideas and restaurant innovations.
