General Manager Requirements & Qualifications

• 
  Minimum 5 years of restaurant management experience, ideally in high-volume settings.
• Proven background in bar operations, craft cocktails, nightlife, or live entertainment.
• Strong knowledge of P&L management, COGS, labor costs, and inventory control.
• Bold, charismatic leadership style with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in high-energy, late-night environments.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

General Manager Preferred Background & Skills

• Experience behind the bar or as a lead bartender in a craft cocktail setting.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute promotions or live entertainment events.

General Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities
