What are the responsibilities and job description for the Private Equity Debt Finance – Mid-Level Associate position at Goodwin?
Goodwin Procter seeks a highly qualified mid-level associate to join our Debt Finance group. Specific experience to include representation of private equity sponsors and/or banks and private credit lenders in connection with term and revolving loan facilities for leveraged buyouts, acquisition financings and corporate growth. Candidates should have experience drafting and negotiating commitment papers, credit agreements and collateral documents.
Candidates applying for associate positions with Goodwin should have outstanding academic credentials, comparable law firm experience, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Relevant bar admission (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly) required.
