- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D) and other engineering tools
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry standards
- Familiarity with relevant regulations, codes, and standards
- Ability to analyze complex data and design projects with a focus on safety and sustainability
