Vice President Solutions Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute multi-channel outreach strategies (calls, email, digital platforms) to engage senior decision-makers at target organizations
- Own the full sales lifecycle, from initial prospecting through negotiation and deal close, with annual revenue targets in the $6M–$10M range
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline across a defined territory, consistently securing new client engagements
- Partner with internal stakeholders to design customized solutions spanning consulting, outsourcing, and advanced technology offerings
- Lead the development of proposals, RFP/RFI responses, pricing models, and statements of work tailored to client objectives
- Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to expand market presence and professional networks
Vice President Solutions Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience selling into healthcare payer organizations (required)
- Proven success managing complex, high-value B2B sales cycles with executive stakeholders
- Strong ability to develop strategic proposals, pricing approaches, and negotiate multi-layered agreements
- Experience managing multiple concurrent opportunities while maintaining attention to detail and follow-through
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) for pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting
- Excellent communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills
