Vice President Of IT Requirements & Qualifications

• 10 years of progressive IT leadership experience
• Demonstrated executive-level experience with strategic influence
• Proven expertise in infrastructure architecture, cloud platforms, and cybersecurity
• Ability to operate at both strategic and technical levels
• Excellent communication skills, including presenting to senior stakeholders
• Experience supporting growth or acquisition environments highly valued
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• CNE or comparable certification preferred
  
  

Vice President Of IT Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an enterprise IT roadmap aligned with business growth objectives
• Modernize infrastructure, cloud environments, and cybersecurity frameworks
• Oversee enterprise systems, network architecture, and business applications
• Strengthen governance, compliance, and data protection standards
• Lead capital planning, vendor management, and IT budgeting initiatives
• Establish scalable processes to support acquisitions, integrations, and expansion
• Implement and maintain robust business continuity and disaster recovery programs
