Job Overview

A growing construction organization is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations on vertical construction projects. This role oversees subcontractors, scheduling, safety, quality, and project execution while supporting team development and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily on-site construction activities, labor, equipment, and materials.
• Coordinate subcontractors and self-performed work.
• Manage schedules, manpower, productivity, and quality standards.
• Enforce safety policies and conduct site inspections.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, engineers, and project teams.
• Participate in project meetings, look-ahead planning, and closeout.
• Mentor field staff and maintain strong client relationships.
  
  

Qualifications

• 6 years of construction experience preferred.
• Experience with concrete, precast, wood framing, or vertical construction.
• Knowledge of scheduling, productivity, and cost control.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and MS Project or P6.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work overtime and weekends as project needs require.

Compensation: Starting at $125,000 annually, plus comprehensive benefits.
