The ideal candidate is a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) with extensive geotechnical experience and strong project management capabilities.
As a Senior Geotechnical Project Manager, You Will
- Direct and manage geotechnical site investigations, analysis, and reporting
- Lead the planning, budgeting, and scheduling of projects across multiple sites
- Oversee preparation of technical reports, proposals, and design documents
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver efficient, high-quality solutions
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to the professional growth of the team
- Support business development by maintaining and building client relationships
To succeed as a Senior Geotechnical Project Manager, candidates must have:
- A valid PE license
- 10–12 years of engineering experience, including 8 years in project management
- Expertise in geotechnical engineering principles and software (e.g., Rocscience, GSLOPE, Civil 3D)
- OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER certification (preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel (approximately 10%)
- A competitive salary range of $152,000–$210,000
