- Significant experience in advertising, ad tech, streaming TV, FAST, or connected TV ecosystems.
- Deep understanding of the FAST ecosystem, programmatic advertising, monetization models, and distribution dynamics.
- Strong track record of building strategic partnerships and commercial frameworks.
- Proven ability to operate and lead in early-stage or rapidly evolving environments.
- Executive presence with strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience influencing and owning revenue outcomes.
- Comfortable bridging technical and business conversations.
- Existing relationships across the CTV advertising ecosystem.
- Experience supporting enterprise-level sales and strategic customer engagements.
- Familiarity with product-market fit in advertising or TV tech platforms.
- Own the advanced advertising P&L, business strategy, pricing models, and growth plans.
- Build and nurture executive partnerships with publishers, content providers, agencies, technology platforms, and ad infrastructure partners.
- Drive go-to-market strategy and represent the company externally to partners and clients.
- Work cross-functionally with sales, product, engineering, and operations teams to launch and scale offerings.
- Translate industry and customer needs into actionable business and technical requirements.
- Serve as a hands-on leader, setting the foundation and future leadership structure for the advertising business.
