Senior Conference Planner – Conference & Events (Full-Time)
We are seeking an experienced Senior Conference Planner to manage high-volume meetings and events in a structured, professional conference environment. This role serves as the primary liaison between clients and the hospitality team, ensuring seamless execution of meetings, conferences, and catered events.

Compensation
- Base salary: $80,000 – $90,000
- Bonus tied to client satisfaction
- Additional earnings based on a percentage of administrative fees
- Full benefits package (medical, dental, vision, 401k, PTO)
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned conference groups
- Coordinate food & beverage, audiovisual, room setup, and event logistics
- Lead pre-conference meetings and client walk-throughs
- Manage banquet event orders (BEOs) and ensure accuracy of event details
- Support events on-site to ensure seamless execution
- Communicate effectively with culinary, facilities, and operations teams
- Monitor invoicing and ensure timely client payment
- Participate in planning meetings and daily operational reviews
- 3 years of conference planning or corporate event experience
- Background in conference center, hotel, or corporate event environment preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Experience managing multiple concurrent events
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional presence and client-facing confidence
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work flexible hours based on event schedules
- Service-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
- Ability to anticipate needs and solve problems proactively
