We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager with proven team leadership. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional with strong sales expertise within home luxury closet design companies and a passion for team mentorship.

Sales Manager Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience managing a team of 10 in a luxury home closet sales company
• Demonstrated success in training and developing others
• Strong consultative sales knowledge with a proven record of success
• Proficiency with technology and adaptability to new tools
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work on-site 5 days per week and travel to client sites to oversee team members as needed
• Lead, train, and hold the team accountable to achieve sales goals and close rates
• Recruit, interview, and hire others to support market growth
  
  

Sales Manager Preferred Background & Skills

• Experience in driving substantial growth in a competitive market
• Familiarity with expanding operations and building new sales teams
• Ability to assist teams in client consultations and deal closures when necessary
• Experience in updating and optimizing product offerings, pricing structures, and training programs
