Restaurant Manager Qualifications and Requirements:

  • 2 years of successful restaurant management/leadership operations experience
  • Proven track record of leading people
  • Self-motivated and self-directed

Restaurant Manager Preferred Background and Skills:

  • Fast Casual or Full Service experience
  • Drive-thru experience
  • Scratch kitchen experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills
