- 5 years of General Manager experience in an upscale, full-service restaurant
- Proven success managing $10M in annual sales volume
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and maintain a winning culture
- Passion for great food, impeccable service, and guest satisfaction
- Energetic, positive, and solutions-driven with an ownership mentality
- Oversee all front-of-house operations with a focus on quality, consistency, and hospitality
