We are seeking an experienced Managing Partner / General Manager to lead a high-volume, full-service restaurant. This opportunity is ideal for a hands-on hospitality leader who builds strong teams, creates accountability, and drives operational and financial performance.

What You’ll Do

• Lead all aspects of daily restaurant operations
• Develop, coach, and lead management and hourly teams
• Create a culture of accountability and consistent execution
• Maintain a strong floor presence and focus on the guest experience
• Manage financial performance, including P&L, labor, and cost controls
• Maintain high standards for food, beverage, service, and operations
• Develop and execute plans to drive sales and profitability
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• General Manager or Managing Partner experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant
• Polished, upscale, or fine dining experience
• Strong P&L and financial management experience
• Proven success developing and leading restaurant teams
• Hands-on leadership style with a strong floor presence
• Strong operational, organizational, and communication skills
• Track record of driving sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
