General Manager – Benefits And Compensation
- $90k-$100k base salary
- Attainable performance-based bonus
- Employer-covered health insurance (after 90 days)
- PTO
- Onsite parking
- Strong ownership support and opportunity for growth within the group
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a General Manager
- Proven leadership in high-volume operations ($7M in annual sales) in an upscale dining environment
- Strong HR, payroll, and scheduling knowledge
- Proficient with Toast, OpenTable, Microsoft Office, and other operations platforms
- Strong communication skills and ability to lead with both professionalism and presence
- Deep understanding of inventory control, ordering processes, labor management, and cost tracking
- Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
