Restaurant General Manager Qualifications

• At least 3 years of restaurant management experience
• Systems-oriented hands-on leader
• Fast learner
• Community involvement
• Scratch kitchen experience
• High energy, positive attitude, and high-volume sales experience in a fast-casual restaurant environment
  
  

Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities

• Managing daily operations with a sense of ownership and urgency
• Selecting, developing, and leading a team
• Oversees inventory and ordering supplies
• Ensures guests are satisfied with their dining experience
