Do you love leading a team, creating great guest experiences, and running a restaurant like it’s your own? We’re looking for a General Manager who’s ready to take charge, grow the business, and have fun doing it.
What You’ll Do
- Run daily operations and lead your team
- Drive sales and manage costs
- Hire, train, and develop great people
- Make sure every guest leaves happy
- 5 years of restaurant management (at least 2 as GM)
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Solid with P&L, labor, and food cost
- Passionate, positive, and ready to grow
- $55-60K base generous bonus opportunities
