General Manager Compensation & Benefits

- Oversee all daily front-of-house operations with a laser focus on quality, consistency, and hospitality

- Manage budgets, labor, food cost controls, and financial targets for a $7M annual volume restaurant
- Build and maintain a positive, accountable, and high-energy culture
- Serve as a hands-on leader who models professionalism, urgency, and teamwork
- 5 years of General Manager experience in an upscale, full-service, high-volume environment
- Proven success managing $7M in annual sales
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate, train, and develop teams
- Passion for exceptional food, polished service, and consistent guest satisfaction
- Positive, solutions-driven mindset with an ownership mentality
- Strong understanding of restaurant financials, cost controls, and operational systems
- Background in high-volume dining or steakhouse concepts
- Familiarity with modern restaurant management tools, POS systems, and reporting dashboards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in training programs, staff development, and performance management
