- Base salary in the $60-65k range
- Quarterly bonus based on profitability and controllables

- Amazing quality of life-- typically 45 hours/week NO NIGHTS!
- 5 years of recent full-service restaurant General Manager experience is required, high-volume experience preferred
- Solid career tenure and progression, including no more than 2 jobs in the last 5 years
- Flexible schedule availability, including days and weekends
- Valid driver's license in good standing
- Ability to travel for training 5-6 weeks, out of state (company-paid)
- Experience in building sales and teams
