Restaurant General Manager Preferred Background & Skills

• 5 years of full service restaurant management experience, including 2 as GM
• Proven ability to manage P&L, labor, and food cost
• Strong leadership presence with a hands-on, positive approach
• Passion for hospitality, people development, and guest satisfaction
