Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily restaurant operations, ensuring excellence in food quality, service, and cleanliness.
- Lead, coach, and develop management and hourly team members.
- Manage staffing levels, scheduling, and labor efficiency.
- Drive sales growth through exceptional guest experiences and operational execution.
- Monitor inventory, purchasing, and cost controls to maximize profitability.
- Handle guest concerns and resolve issues professionally and effectively.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Partner with culinary leadership to maintain menu quality and consistency.
- Foster a positive, team-oriented culture focused on accountability and hospitality.
- Analyze financial performance, including P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and operational metrics.
