QSR District Manager Requirements & Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of multi-unit leadership with a QSR brand

• Proven ability to analyze financial reports and identify trends that drive profitability

• Food Safety Certification

• Valid Driver’s License

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general restaurant systems

Must haves:

• Demonstrated success improving sales, guest satisfaction scores, and profitability across multiple locations

• Experience collaborating with General Managers to create and execute actionable P&L improvement plans

• Strong track record of coaching managers on labor efficiency, shift execution, and team engagement

• Experience conducting audits, inspections, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and brand standards

• Ability to review budget performance, identify variances, and communicate action plans to senior leadership

• Hands-on leadership style with the ability to step into restaurants, assess operational gaps, and implement corrective strategies

• Experience partnering with marketing on local initiatives to drive traffic and brand visibility

QSR District Manager Preferred Background & Skills:

• College degree preferred

• Previous experience in a fast-paced, high-volume QSR environment

• Strong financial acumen with the ability to interpret KPIs and translate them into operational action

• Experience building bench strength and developing internal promotion pipelines
