Regional Vice President of Operations Qualifications & Requirements:
- Must have experience working or living in California, preferably currently residing there
- 6 years of multi-unit titled leadership position for an amusement or water park concept
- Experience overseeing 3 amusement and/or water park venues and $30M revenue/year
- Experience leading 80 employees, including managers and multi-unit leaders
- Experience with P&L, forecasting, budgeting and analysis
- Expert sales mentality, with proven results from sales initiatives
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and guest-focused charisma
- Experience collaborating with HR for recruiting, training and retention
- Experience with vendor relations
- Proficient knowledge of R&M, safety and sanitation standards/laws
Regional Vice President of Operations Preferred Background & Skills:
- Some experience with full-service F&B concepts
