A growing hotel ownership and management group is seeking an experienced Regional Director of Revenue Management to lead revenue strategy across a multi-property portfolio.
Director of Revenue Requirements
- 5 years of hotel revenue management experience, with multi-property or regional oversight strongly preferred.
- Proven success driving ADR, occupancy, RevPAR, RevPAR Index, and overall market share.
- Strong knowledge of forecasting, budgeting, P&L analysis, STR reporting, and competitive-set performance.
- Experience with hotel revenue and distribution platforms including IDeaS, Duetto, Marriott, Hilton, IHG, OTA extranets, PMS, and CRS systems.
- Bachelor's degree preferred, with strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Develop and execute portfolio-wide revenue, pricing, and yield strategies based on demand, booking pace, seasonality, and market conditions.
- Prepare forecasts, budgets, and revenue targets while identifying performance gaps and implementing corrective strategies.
- Analyze STR data, competitive positioning, pickup, pace, wash, booking windows, and market trends to maximize revenue and market penetration.
- Optimize distribution and channel mix across brand.com, OTAs, GDS, direct, corporate, government, and negotiated business.
- Partner with GMs and Sales leadership on group displacement, corporate rates, revenue KPIs, and weekly/monthly revenue strategy meetings.
- Competitive base salary of $100,000–$110,000, based on experience.
- End-of-year performance bonus with additional details discussed during the interview process.
