We are seeking highly successful Recruiting Professionals with a history of individually billing more than $300K a year to run a full-time recruitment business with the backing of our world-class tools, training, and support.

Compensation:

• The role is an in-production Direct Hire leadership role with 3 to 5 people on your team
• 55% payout of your personal cash-in with the ability to earn year-end incentives based on personal production
• Override paid on the production of your team

The details:

• Maintain and develop a pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions
• Daily Business Development and client management
• Lead a team of 3-5 Recruiting Partners
• Endless opportunities for promotion based on your productivity
• Leverage your partnerships with over 300 recruiting partners to help you fill the roles with your clients in your geographic area and/or others around the country
