QSR General Manager Requirements And Qualifications

• 3 years of General Manager leadership experience in a location with $3 million in annual sales or more
• Proven track record in P&L oversight, labor management, food cost control, and operational systems
• Strong leadership and talent development skills, with the ability to inspire and retain high-performing teams
• Excellent communication, organizational, and decision-making abilities
• Commitment to delivering consistent guest experiences and operational compliance
  
  

QSR General Manager Preferred Background And Skills

• Prior leadership experience within nationally recognized quick-service or fast-casual brands
• Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth, profitability, and operational efficiency
• Background in leveraging technology platforms, including drive-thru, mobile ordering, and delivery services
