Construction Operations Coordinator Benefits

- 3-5 years in construction operations, project coordination, scheduling, purchasing, or project administration
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
- Experience coordinating vendors, subcontractors, materials, and project schedules
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with budgets, change orders, RFIs, contracts, and project documentation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience
- Willingness to travel locally to project sites
- Experience in residential, multifamily, or commercial construction
- Knowledge of estimating, scheduling, procurement, and construction plan reading
- Familiarity with building codes and contract administration
- Experience with Procore, Knowify, Bluebeam, VisionTrak, Adobe Acrobat, CRM, or similar construction software
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills
