Join our clients growing team as a Physician Billing Specialist, where your expertise in billing, collections, and claim resolution helps ensure accurate, timely reimbursement and supports the financial health of our physician services network.
As a key member of our Revenue Cycle team, you’ll:
- Submit and track insurance claims (Commercial, Medicare, Medicaid, Private Pay) to ensure timely and accurate payment
- Research, correct, and resubmit denied or unpaid claims
- Interpret Explanations of Benefits (EOBs) and work closely with payers to resolve discrepancies
- Collaborate with billing and clinical teams to identify and prevent errors in claim submission
- Process appeals and collections efficiently to maintain optimal A/R performance
- Assist with training and process improvement initiatives to strengthen revenue cycle operations
- 1 year of medical billing, revenue cycle, or A/R experience in a healthcare setting
- Strong knowledge of EMR and billing systems
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Independent and self-motivated with strong attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and claim management tools
- 100% ON-SITE POSITION in Utah.

Salary : $45,000 - $55,000
