Position Summary:
We are currently looking for a bilingual, licensed professional to fill the role of a Licensed Personal Lines Account Manager at our Tyler, Texas office. In this position, you will be the go-to expert for our clients, managing their personal lines insurance needs with expertise and providing top-tier customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish, develop, and maintain strong client relationships by offering knowledgeable and friendly service in multiple languages.
- Manage and oversee a portfolio of personal lines insurance accounts, ensuring clients’ coverage meets their needs.
- Advise clients on policy coverage options and help them make informed decisions about their insurance.
- Process policy changes, renewals, and cancellations, adhering to industry standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with insurance carriers to negotiate terms and advocate for clients’ interests.
- Maintain precise records of client interactions, transactions, and policy details.
- Stay current with the latest trends and products in the personal lines insurance market.
Qualifications:
- Active Property & Casualty license (P&C)
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or similar role within the insurance industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with a diverse clientele.
- Excellent organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficient with computers and common industry software applications.
Work Schedule:
- This position is based in our Tyler, Texas office.
- M-F 8-5 Local Time
