Social Work Supervisor III PP Qualifications include but are not limited to:
- 3 years of supervisory experience in social work programs or services.
- Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field.
- Eligibility for North Carolina Social Work licensure (LCSW or LCSWA preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to lead and evaluate social work services and teams.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Social Work Supervisor III PP Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Supervising and mentoring a team of social workers, providing guidance and support.
- Managing the day-to-day operations of social work services, ensuring high standards of care.
