Job Description

Full time painting and floor coating crew members to assist with the following services:

• Epoxy Flooring
• Commercial Painting
• Surface Preparation
• Industrial Cleaning (Pressure Washing, Machine Degreasing, HEPA vacuuming)
  
  

To be successful applicants should have great stamina, physical strength, and time management skills. The ideal candidate will be able to understand clients’ visions, follow directions, and complete projects on time and to budget.

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable means of transportation and minimal traffic violations
• Must pass customer background check standards
• Ability to concentrate on and complete tasks in a timely manner
• Ability to use materials/supplies in an efficient manner
• Experience operating power tools and equipment
• Knowledge of application techniques
• Attention to detail
• Ability to plan work and select proper tools
• Must be willing to work overtime, second shift, and weekends when necessary
• Ability to work from ladders and aerial work platforms
• Ability to work outdoors in all types of weather conditions
• Ability to read, comprehend and follow verbal instructions in English in order to perform the duties of this job in a safe and effective manner for the successful operation of the business
• Ability to work well with others and maintain professional conduct at all times
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus
  
  

Compensation / Benefits

• $20.00 - $25.00 per hour (depending on experience)
