This role prepares revenue journals, manages monthly reconciliations, maintains tax reporting accuracy, and supports internal and external audits. The position also supervises and develops the revenue audit team.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily revenue audits, reconciliations, and variance reviews.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, regulatory standards, and documentation requirements.
- Prepare and review daily and monthly revenue journal entries and Blackline reconciliations.
- Maintain statistical reporting and monitor exceptions or control violations.
- Manage semi‑weekly IRS EFTPS deposits and monthly reportable tax balancing.
- Support audit requests and implement corrective actions.
- Lead, train, schedule, and mentor Revenue Auditors.
- 2–3 years of gaming revenue audit experience.
- 3 years in financial management or equivalent experience.
- Strong regulatory knowledge and analytical skills.
- Advanced Excel proficiency and familiarity with casino systems.
- Ability to work under pressure with strong attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
