- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 10 years of experience in mechanical or industrial construction
- Demonstrated experience managing fueling or welded fuel piping system projects (commercial fuels, jet fuel, bulk oil, or terminal work)
- 10-hour OSHA certification required
- Proven success managing budgets, schedules, and cross-functional teams
- Strong working knowledge of OSHA and EM385 safety standards
- Must be able to travel occasionally to project sites
- Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of mechanical construction projects from kickoff through completion
- Oversee subcontractors, vendors, and in-house crews performing fuel and piping system installations
- Read, interpret, and apply blueprints, specifications, and P&IDs
- Use critical path scheduling software to plan, monitor, and adjust timelines
- Identify and mitigate potential safety or environmental hazards on-site
- Maintain detailed project documentation, including daily logs and progress reports
- Conduct site inspections and enforce compliance with company, client, and regulatory safety standards
- Lead project meetings, status updates, and coordination reviews with clients and internal teams
- Background in fueling system construction within aviation, terminal, or industrial settings
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with environmental compliance and quality control procedures
- Experience with Microsoft Project or similar scheduling and project management tools
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
