Manufacturing Engineer | What You’ll Do
- Provide technical support to production lines: tooling, routers, labor standards, and make-vs-buy analyses
- Assess product design changes in the PLM system and plan low-impact rollouts
- Develop and justify business cases; write AFEs for funding requests
- Design process improvements with SPC, PFMEA, control plans, and root cause analysis
- Document engineering activities, performance metrics, and maintain ISO-compliant records
Manufacturing Engineer | What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited university
- 5 years of manufacturing experience (automotive preferred)
- Expertise with PLM tools, engineering prints, and MS Office
- Proven skills in SPC, PFMEA, control plans, and root cause analysis
- Strong communicator, team player, and adept problem solver
- U.S. citizen or permanent resident
