- Work closely with underwriting teams to move loans through approval
- Maintain consistent communication with clients throughout the process
- Generate new business through networking, referrals, and relationship building
- Proven experience as a Loan Officer, Mortgage Loan Originator, or similar role
- Strong knowledge of mortgage products, lending policies, and industry guidelines
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
- Experience using loan origination systems and CRM platforms
- Active NMLS license required
- Licensed in Florida, Alabama, Minnesota, or Texas (one state required)
- Highly organized with the ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment
