- Ability to maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation standards
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead, train, and motivate kitchen staff effectively
- Culinary degree or equivalent hands-on experience preferred
- Leads with urgency, professionalism, and attention to detail
- Thrives under pressure while maintaining a positive work environment
- Passionate about food quality, cleanliness, and operational excellence
