IP Attorney Qualifications:
- 10 years of experience in intellectual property law, including litigation, portfolio management, and transactional work.
- Strong knowledge of trademark, copyright, and patent laws, including prosecution and enforcement.
- Proven track record of managing complex IP cases and providing strategic legal counsel.
- Exceptional drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Portable book of business and strong client relationship management skills.
- Admission to the Florida Bar; a technical or scientific background is a plus for patent-related work.
Salary : $275,000 - $350,000
