Insurance Customer Service Agent Responsibilities
- Provide an excellent customer experience
- Answer a wide variety of questions and assist customers throughout the application process
- Ensure data integrity within the CRM
- Comply with all regulatory policies regarding information confidentiality and privacy
- 1 call center environment experience
- Active AZ life insurance license
- Salary bonus
