Inside Sales Representative Responsibilities

• Accurately process and manage customer orders through ERP system
• Identify and execute upselling and cross-selling opportunities
• Maintain CRM with accurate customer data and updates
• Achieve weekly and quarterly sales and customer satisfaction targets
• Coordinate with sales, fulfillment, and delivery teams to ensure timely order completion
  
  

Inside Sales Representative Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, customer service, or related field
• Proficiency in CRM software and Google Workspace
