Seeking an experienced, organized, and people-focused leader to join our growing team as a Human Resources & Workforce Operations Manager. This is a key leadership position responsible for recruiting, employee engagement, performance management, and office operations. While caregiver scheduling is an integral part of this role, the ideal candidate will also excel in building teams, developing employees, and creating systems that help our organization thrive.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $60,000 annually, based on experience
- Performance-based bonus opportunities
- Health insurance with employer contribution
- 3 weeks paid time off (PTO)
- Monday–Friday, in-office position

Operations & Scheduling
- Oversee weekly caregiver scheduling to ensure appropriate staffing coverage
- Monitor service quality, staffing levels, and operational efficiency
- Analyze staffing, scheduling and operational reports
- Develop systems and processes that improve team performance and client satisfaction
- Collaborate with ownership on strategic growth initiatives
- Lead recruiting and hiring efforts for caregivers
- Develop and improve hiring processes and candidate screening systems
- Develop and improve onboarding and orientation programs
- Oversee employee performance reviews and coaching opportunities
- Design caregiver recognition, engagement, and retention programs
- Assist with employee relations and conflict resolution
- Maintain compliance with company policies and employment regulations
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5 years of leadership, human resources, operations, healthcare administration, or related experience preferred
- Demonstrated success in recruiting, team leadership, and employee development
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience supervising employees preferred
